Join me, an experienced Coach and Facilitator of workshops for teenage girls, for a unique workshop that supports emotional readiness for secondary school this September, along with offering you and your daughter meaningful time together. Gift yourself time to breathe and tune in to yourself and your daughter, away from the distractions of everyday life.
To provide a more personal experience, the group will be kept small, at 8 pairs of Mums and daughters.
What to Expect:
✨ A supportive space to explore feelings around moving up to secondary school
✨ Gentle coaching and guided conversations focussed on emotional wellbeing
✨ Tools for handling difficult emotions and feelings
✨ Practical strategies you can use together for a calm transition to secondary school
✨ Shared moments of insight and understanding
✨ Fun, reflective activities
You’ll leave with:
💗 A better understanding of how you both feel about secondary school
💗 Practical tools for navigating difficult emotions
💗 A deeper sense of self-leadership for both Mum and daughter
I’m planning a small series of further workshops from now until September to help girls build confidence and resilience as they move to secondary school — with dedicated time for mums to reflect, share, and support their daughters too. This will be the first.
Venue: Copsale Village Hall
Dates: Wednesday 1st April 10am-12pm
Cost: £25 per pair (mum+Y6 daughter)

Why girls only? This workshop is designed to address the specific challenges girls face in the move to secondary school, in a supportive mother–daughter environment.
